If you're seeking a combination of personal training (in-person) and comprehensive coaching (in the app) to make great progress together!

Work with Coach Brian In-Person and Online (aka Hybrid) on a weekly basis.

 

(from Brian) Along with your personal customization of programs, we will work through sessions in-person at my private training gym. This will give us the opportunity to check in weekly, assess your movement techniques in real time, talk through ideas, and utilize all the training equipment you could ever need. This is a great option if you've had minimal experience with resistance training and would like more in-depth coaching, or if you'd like to work with me regularly in-person.

Includes:

 

  1. Access to the Sheer Training Coaching App with Fit for Life Resources

  2. In-Person Sessions with Me at My Home Studio Gym (Greenfield, Indiana) 

    • Sessions are on a weekly routine

    • I offer rescheduling within 6 days as long as I have availability

  • This setup is Retainer Style (in short: the session time slot is weekly and any unattended sessions can be completed online) Full Details
