Fit for Life Lifestyle
Training that promotes physical excellence, while being more time sensitive to other lifestyle factors.

The Lifestyle Approach utilizes timely and simplified training strategies that maximize time for results. Along with a balanced approach to physical development; Lifestyle offers a lot of scalability that allows you to still train hard when you have less equipment/time to dedicate to training, or to ease into a training program if you haven't had much experience training before.

Foundational Equipment List: 1. Long Looped Bands (aka Pull Up Asist Bands) 2. Pull Up Bar 3. Suspension Rings 4. Adjustable Step 5. Stability Ball 6. Dumbbells 7. Adjustable Bench 8. Foot Wedges or Slant Board 9. Battle Rope 10. Foam Roller *you can use other equipment within the Lifestyle programs, but these items will allow you to follow everything.
